I did not refuse service due to lack of sonogram! I was refused service because Ashley Schwartz was very rude & disrespectful.

Nurse Ashley was extremely rude & insistent that I was refusing service because I was asking her basic questions about the service i’d be receiving today. I was not going to leave a review but then after reading the after visit summary that Ashley posted I realized that she is lying trying to make it seem as though I refused service because of not getting a sonogram which is not true.

She did not greet me when she entered the room she went straight to the computer. She asked how I was feeling to which I responded “not well”. She asked me why & I asked her if I would be receiving a sonogram to which she responded “you won’t be receiving anything unless I put in an order for it” then I asked if we’d be listening to a fetal heartbeat today to which she said “yes” as she referred to her fetal heartbeat monitor.

I have already been to an initial pregnancy appointment I understand what all goes down but since this is a different clinic I wanted some explanation as to what would be going down & she never once provided me with that information. I told her I have already had an initial appointment & wanted to know if any of the labs & test could be transferred so I wouldn’t have to do them all over again.

once I told Ashley I had already had an initial appointment at Texas Health she asked me why I was there at jps & told me that I was refusing service. She continued telling me that I was refusing service.

Ashley then tells me to stay in the exam room. She walks to the nurse at the front desk & tells her that I am refusing service, & need to be rescheduled. I then left the exam room to inform the nurse I am only refusing to be seen by Ashley as she was extremely rude. Ashley then tells me to go back into the exam room. The nurse tells me I would have to reschedule in order to be seen by a different provider.

I did not refuse service due to lack of sonogram! I refused service because Ashley Schwartz was very rude & disrespectful. I book sonograms at a sonographer so I can get a 3d view of my baby. So for Ashley & Amber to state the I refused service due to lack of sonogram is false! Ashely refused to provide! She is the one who refused to explain to me what the appointment would consist of, she is the one who went to the front desk to tell the nurse I needed to be rescheduled.

I’m certain that there are nice nurses here because the women I spoke to behind the front desk were very nice. … But I would not recommend this place to anyone as there is a risk your nurse will be rude & disrespectful, & I hope no patient should go through that especially during pregnancy.

Had my first visit to have my urine and blood test with nurses. The nurses and the lab staff are all very kind and accommodating. I will have my first prenatal care appointment with the doctor next month. I was so anxious before visiting this clinic due to some negative reviews but upon meeting the staff there, I was relieved and can't wait to see the doctor next month. I am an immigrant and this is my first time to visit an American hospital/ clinic so I was really nervous. Thank you JPS staff for being nice and for the good service. God bless you all. P.S: they are accepting CHIP Perinate insurance/ Cooks Children insurance.

Dr Moore didn't want a accomedation letter for my pregnant I really feel this company does not listen to their patients my insurance is paying every visit why I pay from my job I am customer and patient .

I told the doctor I was in a lot of pain, and couldn't keep any food or drinks down, she instantly jumped to "you're probably dehydrated" never thought of anything else to say. She had me scheduled to be induced on Christmas eve. I canceled that appointment and found a new doctor outside of jps and I was able to be induced before then. Unfortunately our baby passed away due to his skull and part of his brain not developing and the jps doctor made me feel like it was my fault that he didn't develop properly. After having our baby and dealing with him passing away, jps called me Christmas eve to ask why I didn't show up to my appointment to be induced. They had my chart knowing what was going on with my pregnancy and after telling them I was already induced and the appointment was canceled, she said congratulations on your new baby 🙁 I was so hurt and had to wait until the 26th to call this doctor office to let them know what happened and even after the lady at the front desk apologized for someone saying that when they knew my baby wouldn't survive, at the end of the phone call, this woman still told me congratulations on my new baby after I had just explained to her why I was hurt. These people are disrespectful and hurtful. They didn't care about how I felt and treated me with so much disrespect. After canceling my appointments, they're still calling me. I'm still getting texts about my next appointments through the end of February. DISRESPECTFUL TRASHY PEOPLE!!!

When I tell you these group of ladies are AMAZING..I mean it. From the Check in procedures, to the nurses and to the Dr, they make you feel so Welcome. My appointment for yesterday went so smooth, mind you this was my first appointment with them and I was super nervous. They made me feel so comfortable and at home. I had Dr. Robin Lynn Davis and I can assure you she is so sweet and caring and only cares for your comfort and for the Baby's comfort as well. I will for sure be continuing to come back to these amazing ladies and Drs.

The worst service I have ever had. I called and made my appointment couple months ago. They automatically changed it and when I showed up at the time I scheduled, asked me for my info and said they wouldn't be able to take me in since I didn't show up in the morning which was the time they decided to reschedule for me without asking or confirming with me. I asked to be off at work for this appointment. Then they auto reschedule the appointment for the next day, again no asking for my availability while I was standing at their desk.

Love the staff and my doctor Sara Clifford! Everyone is so nice to me every time I go to my appointments... Even if I miss them... Lol. They're understanding. I love my nurse too and the lab people! The building is really decorated peaceful in the waiting room they even have T.V. so if you're there for a while you can watch it while you wait and they have kids activities for the younger ones if you bring them! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone who hasn't been there(:

Love all the Doctors! Easy to schedule also reminders/Confirming appointment through text and voicemail as well. I am a stay at home mom now but I did work as a medical assistant I still renew as an MA. I know how a patient should be treated like almost family. They do there job excellent from billing to the front office and back. Also They have the best phlebotomists there. I have not worked for them but I would love to work with a clinic like this clean /kid friendly.
