Absolutely perfect lunch break! Food was great and all the staff were awesome. Beautiful smiles, humble service and great personalities made for an unforgettable detour! Word to the owner/manager…keep encouraging that kind of positive attitude and willingness to serve, they make your restaurant a notch or two above the rest! Obrigado and tchau!!!!

Family came for Mother's Day. We had to make reservations, and 3pm was the only one available. It was actually a perfect time after the lunch rush. They can validate your parking from the garage, but Sundays, they don't charge for parallel parking. At first, it was confusing bc the machines say they charge Monday - Sunday 7am - 6pm?

Upon arrival, we had to wait a few min. They passed out carnations to us moms. The staff was very kind throughout our experience. We had a really good food server, who knew his stuff. He was very attentive and informative. He mentioned that today, for some reason, they prepared his favorite meat too salty but still had to serve it? It was so salty that you literally needed to drink water after.

We did the Full Churrasco, tried everything and the salad bar. I was impressed that they included salmon and shrimp as well. The shrimp was special only for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, they did seem a little overcooked but tasty. I spent most of my time at the salad bar. I really enjoyed the lobster bisque and making my own shrimp Alfredo with marinara sauces. Everything tasted good, and the dessert was also impressive. Of course, drinks were rather expensive. Prices have increased in the last year. It was $8.95 -> $11.95 for the Tucanos Caipirinha, and half the size.

But overall, we felt satiated and would recommend this place. I'll definitely come back for lunch for just the salad bar and grilled pineapple and veggies for $21.95 + $3.
Also, loved the fact that our kids were free (<6 yrs old).

I had a confirmed reservation that the girl with an attitude at the front desk could not find. She also could not get the phone out of her ear, not sure if it was a personal call or what but she was not a friendly person. Other people without reservations came in and were seated before us. Our whole party was present but because they were jerking around trying to find our reservation I felt we were seated out of order. Our server was really great as was the meat. A few of the meat servers must not have heard us say yes (even though we had green side up) and they turned and walked away. The salad bar could have been kept neater. Items were slopped about. However the lettuce was nice and crisp. The food and drinks were really good. It wasn't too loud so we were able to talk without issue. For the hundreds of dollars we spent at our table I guess I expected a higher level of neatness (salad bar) and the deal with the reservation put me in a bad mood for the first part of our dinner.

Went today for a belated birthday meal, we walked in around 3.30 and waited a good while and nobody was at the station or approached us and we had to walk around to announce ourselves so we could be seated, (we were the only 2 there). The service as far as the girl who was bringing the meats to our table Santana, was amazing. Some of the foods since it was dead (probably due to dollar day at the fair) seemed like they were sat a while and were dry and lacking the usual umph. My other issue is I ordered a slice of the big tower cake and I got handed a tiny piece in a small container and I questioned why it was so small and my server said oh let me go see who cut it like that and then I was brought another small slice in the same kind of container. My issue is you shouldn't have the cake on display because I expected a replica of what was on display and I feel shorted because I got 2 small slices that still came out to half the size of the cake and since I paid for it, don't you think it should be the same as what you display? Just an overall lacking experience today. Still tipped 20%.

It was almost time to close but let us sit at a table. It was my birthday. I hadn't been in some time and only twice dining in. It is different. I was sure if we were going to get waited on or what to do. Just as we were about to hit salad bar a gal came by and got us drinks. She was kind enough to explain and apologized our waiter was caught in the back but would be by shortly. He came by 1 time to check we were OK. He sat 2 females at a table close to ours and had lots of attention for those two which is fine. Otherwise it was another great experience. It was my husband's first visit. He was impressed with meat selection.
