Il sito web diceva che il cibo sarebbe stato pronto per il ritiro intorno alle 21:20, ma la conferma via e-mail diceva alle 11:00. Così ho chiamato il negozio Houston - Bunker Hill e ho parlato con una persona di Curbside davvero disponibile (sembrava una donna) che si è assicurata che il nostro ordine sarebbe stato pronto al più presto.

E il ragazzo ha consegnato, il nostro cibo era pronto alle 21:00. L'ordine era perfetto e tutto era delizioso. La nostra famiglia è rimasta molto colpita e ordineremo di nuovo presto!

Excellent dining experience, enjoying Veterans Day and Olive Gardens specials for us fellow Vets.

I sat at the bar and was serviced by Omar, who was friendly, attentive, and all you could ever ask for a server. Outstanding job and a man with a bright future.

I chose the Potato/Sausage soup with the bread sticks which I love to dip into my soup. Once I finished my soup, Omar asked if I wanted another soup, and I chose the Vegetable Soup with more bread sticks, which filled me up so I took my cheese ravioli to go.

I spent many years in the customer service industry, and Olive Garden has always been top notch.

Bravo to all, and a big round of applause for Omar.

My visit to Olive Garden was enjoyable overall. As an appetizer, we tried the Shrimp Fritto Misto—it was okay, and the sauces were decent, but nothing particularly special. For his entrée, my boyfriend ordered the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. While it was fine, he felt it was overpriced for what it offered and not especially memorable. I had the Ravioli Carbonara with added sautéed shrimp, which I found flavorful and satisfying. I also ordered the Watermelon Moscato Sangria, and it was absolutely delicious!

The highlight of our visit was the excellent service. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our server went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking. While there’s room for improvement in some dishes, I’d still recommend it for the quality service and drinks.

We had a wonderful family dinner at the Olive Garden on Katy Freeway. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations. From the warm and endless breadsticks to the perfectly seasoned Chicken Alfredo, everything was delicious. The service was prompt and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we felt well taken care of throughout the meal. We highly recommend this location for a relaxing and satisfying dining experience. Five stars for excellent food, service, and a great family-friendly environment!

If you want Italian food with affordable price, I think Olive Garden is the best option. Their portion is huge so my sister and I just shared an appetizer - Calamari & an entree - Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara. The grade the Calamari 3/5 ⭐️ because the calamari wasn’t as fresh as I wanted. And it was a little oily. The Bread Stick was free and refillable but mine was too oily so I didn’t order more. The Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara saved my entire meal. Everything was great, creamy enough but I want a little more salty. The chicken & shrimp was fresh! My frozen Italian margarita was super refreshing! This 5-star cocktail is a perfect choice for your hot summer in Houston ?

Our server was nice and helpful. She was so sweet when offering to split our entree since I said we’re gonna share!

Es maravilloso! El ambiente me encantó, música suave italiana, el servicio muy bueno. Joseph es muy amable. La comida ni hablar!!! Es excelente. Debes tener hambre para ir porque dan de primero o sopa o ensalada y es enorme. Recomiendo mucho este lugar

We haven't been to the Olive Garden in a while. The restaurant has been updated in a good way. The dining area is new and comfortable. We were seated promptly and the staff were very quick to take our order. Our waitress was very friendly and professional, got the drinks, salad, and bread fast. Food tasted good. Overall, a pleasant dining experience.

Ordered here in November and got meatballs.. they were still pink in the middle.. I came back and was told I can get a refund or gift card within 7 business days... I got the gift card for $20.. my food was originally $18 and some change.......Thanks
