I had a terrible experience with this law firm. I hired them for an eviction during covid. Shanna the head of the firm insisted that I file a breach of contract for unpaid rent. She never mentioned the San Diego County ERAP program to me - I had to bring it up to her. She agreed to file the forms with the county on my behalf, but she put her name on the form in the landlord line as opposed to mine. The county denied my claim because of this error that she made costing me a loss of 150,000. in rental aid. She also failed to file an appeal, which I directed her to do. My case was mishandled from the beginning and I have reported her to the Bar Association as well as legal action. DO NOT HIRE HER OR HER FIRM !!!!

The intake specialist Jessica was very thorough and friendly. The paralegal Lisa was very caring and knowledgeable and assisted me on preparing an up to date lease for my new tenants.
