This place has always been my go to. Until today when this “manager” who never once even acknowledged me came over and had the employee stop and demand me to sweep the bed of my truck. I attached a pic for reference. Never will see my business again. I hope this manager gets a true conversation on what it means to manage and what customer service is. He’s ruining your place.

These guys are the best! I love the extra attention they gave my car. The quick towel dry right when you come out and they even put tire shine on my tires while I was vacuuming! Maybe because I’m a member now, but even before I signed up they took care of me. Also, I love the automatic floor mat cleaners there!! A huge time saver!! I hate cleaning floor mats lol definitely recommend this place. Thank you to the staff that helped me out too. 10/10

Was a good car wash parking lot is a little tight and the turn into the car wash is tight for big vehicles, but it did wash good

Came in with the car that was pretty dirty from almond shaking season and sitting underneath a pine tree for a bit.

The staff was amazing and took care of it.

I left with the car looking great! Really happy with the machine and even happier with the workers

I really like OhSoClean a lot. The staff is super friendly every time I’m there. The vacuum cleaners have a really strong suction. The car mat cleaning machine is amazing. I like that the car wash is at a slow pace so you know your car is getting clean. The air dryers at the end get most of the water off my car so I don’t have too much wiping to do afterwards. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For months, I've been trying to get them to turn off the monthly auto-pay on a vehicle that I no longer drive. Seems like every person I talk to does not know how to properly cancel the auto pay. I finally reported that card stolen and get a new one. It is a good car wash. Just don't let them put you on auto-pay.

We had a bad experience with the manager/owner, Rafael. This was our first time at this location. We had our car washed today and noticed that it was still dirty after being run through the automatic car wash machine once. We asked the manger (Rafael) if we could run our car through the car wash a second time which he did allow. But he was very disrespectful about it. Rafael’s approach/ demeanor caught us by surprise. We had payed for the OH SO EXTRA wash package of $18. You would expect your car to come out clean after the first wash, right? We noticed that his demeanor had changed from our first encounter. While we vacuumed our car after the first wash, he was very polite to us and client oriented, but once we noticed that the car was dirty and asked for a second wash he treated us the (Client) very different. This type of attitude/ behavior reflects very poorly of him and his services.
