I just ordered from and they got two of my items completely wrong, like the wrong item and toppings. I went back in to get them switched and they made me the right food but then refused to refund me for the extra charges. What I paid for was more expensive than what I ordered. I explained that to him nicely and he just kept saying no. Definitely don’t recommend coming to this location.

I used to order here very often as it one of the places where they have vegan options and it’s close by my office. I ordered online multiple times and usually pick up my order in person during the lunch time.

In one of this times I went back and said that their salsa they put to the side went bad - it smells rotten, looks bad, has a pickled taste. They apologized and replaced it promising that it will not happen again.

Today I ordered the impossible bowl and again all salsa both inside the bowl and on the side went bad, it’s rotten.

Unfortunately, they didn’t learn anything from the mistakes. I’ll not order anything here again, the worst quality food ever.

Say hello to Nico he is the New talent there at Baja Fresh. Friendly kid and eager to help. Restaurant is very clean and the food is great, their 6 Chili salsa really is awesome choc full of flavor with just the right amount of heat.

I am beyond a fan of this Baja! From the moment I walk in I am greeted by the friendliest staff. Junior the manager & his staff have made this such an amazing experience. I go Monday through Friday (almost) and get two tacos Baja no salsa and every time it is PERFECT! Love it here! Thank you Baja Calabasas.

I almost chocked on a bone over three inches long in my Baja Burrito. I took it back immediately with the bone. You can literally die from those types of bones. I am so freaked out. I encloses a picture. I think a manager should contact me immediately.
