Love coming here! The service is excellent. You get your food and then pick a floor to sit on and they bring it to you and clean up afterwards. Our daughter didn't love the cheeseburger, but we loved the pulled pork and Navajo taco. Next time we need to get the boneless buffalo chicken and pulled pork sandwich! I hear the fried pickles are a must.

Friendly staff. Clean dining area and clean bathrooms..you order first and then sit down. They had a fried chicken special. Big portion and the food was delicious

First the Pros- the restaurant is very clean and cute. Staff is super nice. Now the cons- The images make the restaurant look super nice like is actual caves(silly me thought they actually built the restaurant inside a mountain wall)but once you there you realize it’s the Disney’s Cars version of caves. Based on the reviews and description, I thought this was an actual sit down restaurant. It’s a fast food restaurant where the food is just as tasty as cafeteria food and you order it at a cashier then sit down. The kids chicken tenders were soggy and it’s just processed meat Pattie’s with overcooked, unsalted fries. The kids hamburger is the same as the adult one just smaller and they give you tomato, lettuce and tomatoes with the adult one. The baked potato with pulled pork on top was just that and tasted like what we make at home. For the price of the food, and taste or lack of,we will not choose to eat there ever again.

The food was so great and the staff was very friendly. We ordered our food and just got it less than 10 mins. The gift shop is big and there are many beautiful gifts that you can buy for your family and friends. Overall 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for all!

ASK FOR THE VETERANS DISCOUNT WHEN ORDERING. The theming of this restaurant is really well done. I can't understand how people are critical because they "thought this was a real cave and were disappointed it wasn't". The Service is EXCELLENT. We ordered at the counter and about 7 minutes later we had our food. The food is decent, typical of a mid-range restaurant. I had the Navajo Taco and it was good and filling, but didn't knock my socks off. This is just a fun restaurant that is themed well with the local history.

Food awesome and the service was fantastic. Reason for my trip. Unfortunately it is not a real cave. Got to do the drive thru animal park which you have to pay the entrance fee to get to the restaurant. Luckily it was veterans day and I'm a vet so got the $30 entrance for waived.

I hate to be a Debbie downer but coming from LA, this joint was subpar comparing it to other theme park restaurant standards. It was great since it's the only place with real food around the area that's sit-down style.

Buffalo wings was okay, nothing special but I did like it the most from the entrees we ordered.
Mushroom and swiss burger; the patty was dry and mushrooms were bland to the point not even condiments could save it.
Green chili was overly salted.
Side of apples were the best thing on the plates. Sweet and crispy.

I'm giving extra stars because the atmosphere was pretty cool and the service was top-notch. Employees are very pleasant, food came out super quick too.
