Friendly staff. They are always so polite and efficient. Some drive thru spots aren't working from time to time and there was an issue with the ATM not taking cash for a bit, but usually all problems are fixed within a reasonable amount of time. I usually make time to go into the building because the staff is more efficient than machines and they are always so pleasant. The building is clean and also guarded. My preferred branch of this bank in this area.

I have been a Chase customer for years. My preferred location was always the Meadowthorpe branch, until that one closed. Now my preferred location is Nandino. It is RIDICULOUS that you cannot keep an ATM open all the time. I never have this issue with any other bank that I work with. It is 11 AM on a Saturday morning. There’s a line of cars at your bank, and you can’t keep an ATM running. I have been there Wednesday at three in the afternoon and you haven’t had an ATM running. I have been there Monday at four, and you haven’t had an ATM running. You make a ton of money and don’t have a running ATM. This is very inconvenient for your guest. Please do something to fix this ongoing technical issue

The worst bank ever. I gave them my paycheck and they said I have to wait for 3 weeks to get my money. I have to wait until the other bank clears the check. They lied to me several times and said it would be no longer than 2 days to get my money. Minus 1000 stars

Kentucky living in the stone age why the ATM open and close at the same time when the bank is open or closed ? why Kentuckians this never happened in TX, NY, LA so there’s no purpose to have a ATM

I never had to deal with chase bank before going to this location. This location was so rude and not helpful at all. Not only with my situation but with several other customers that were there. Two customers ahead of me were not satisfied with there service. One mentioned taking his buisness to another bank. An a older gentleman was having a difficult time standing and walking and NO employee offered him a chair or assistance of any kind. They should work on there customer service and alittle kindness can go along way.

The staff are friendly & helpful - 5 stars for them. BUT the parking lot is atrocious - 1 star. It’s been that way for years. Giant holes & a huge dip in the drive thru area that are hard to avoid & could cause damage to customers vehicles. We all know Chase has the money to fix a couple pot holes & I’m not sure why they haven’t been address after so long.

Came in very skeptical as my past experience with Chase was not so good. A young man named Will greeted me right away and helped change my view on Chase Banking. He could see that I was stressed and did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of even though he had multiple people coming in with appointments. Will was the first banker within Chase that I could speak to and feel like I could trust and for that I’m forever grateful.
