The Cookies are AMAZING!!! Wonderful variety and huge sizes. The staff is so friendly and kind and so very helpful! I wish all shops could have kind and helpful staff like this shop does. It's so rare nowadays. Go check them out. Parking in the area is tough but it's definitely worth the hassle.

I went here when in Fort Worth for a concert. I had never been to Insomnia Cookies since I've never lived close enough to one, and couldn't wait to go until we were in town. I decided to try the vegan birthday cake one, and it was truly one of the best cookies I've ever had! It was the perfect balance of being soft and cooked well, and the taste was amazing. If I didn't know it was vegan, I would have never guessed it. Plus, the woman who did my order was very nice and professional. If I lived in the area I would be going more often to try the others or order this one again.

I came in at 7:20pm and I thought no worker was there at all so I called the store and no one answered. I waited 10 minutes and called again. The manager, I assume, picked up and I asked If they were open and if so, could someone come to the front and she replied “No one is there!?”

As she puts half of her body out of the door, A male employee was literately hiding in a corner and came out only when she walked out.

Terrible service.

We stopped in for some ice cream after a long night at the ER at cooks. I am so glad we found a place that was open so I could treat the kiddo who had a rough night at the ER. I appreciate the young man who served us! He was so nice!

This is the first time I have tried insomnia cookies. It was recommended to me by a co worker. These cookies are heavy. I had macadamia chocolate, peanut butter chocolate, vegan double chocolate and another vegan cookie.
I like the vegan cookies a lot more because they are not as heavy on the chest.
They have the cookie sandwich ice cream which one day I'll try it, and I have a feeling after I'm done eating it I'll have to seat down somewhere and let it take it's toll ?.

Happy desert!

Been here a few times so far and the cookies have always been warm, soft, and delicious. Seems like they're good competition for the Crumbl nearby. Out of the two I would likely come here more often. Tried the snickerdoodle cookie, confetti cookie, and ice cream sandwich chocolate chip cookie and all have been great. I would prefer more actual icing instead of the edible print on top of the cookie but still good besides that.

Staff is friendly and helpful when ordering although it does seem like their doing a decent amount of training since they opened just recently. Seems they've had problems with their system but they were still able to get me my online order the next day.

Overall seems like a good addition to the shops around West 7th.

We ordered an ice cream sandwich made with a peanut butter cup cookie and a s’more cookie with the sweet & salty ice cream. I don’t think it makes sense that they couldn’t offer samples of the ice cream. (Don’t tell me that’s a COVID precaution, because it requires an equal amount of contact to serve an ice cream sandwich as it does to hand over a tiny spoon with ice cream. ?)
Luckily it’s all Blue Bell ice cream so there wasn’t a lot of risk involved.
Also, I ordered a dozen of the minis to take with me to a party and the server said yes they could do it because someone ordered some earlier but never picked them up. That sounded off to me. Maybe she knew what she was talking about but to me it sounded weird.
The last negative thing I HAVE to mention is the bathroom was filthy! The door going into the bathroom looked like it belonged in a pet kennel, not a dessert place! It looked like it was supposed to be white but had a more brown ombré thing going on.
Otherwise, the cookie sandwich was good, and definitely big enough to share between 2 people.

If you’re ordering through DoorDash, don’t. They use a 3rd party to deliver so you can’t get an update on the DoorDash app. It took more than an hour to get a box of 12 and the only good cookies that were soft were the 3 chocolate chip ones. The others were hard.
