I purchased a couch and loveseat from Badcock worth over $2500.00. I had some issues with them that were no longer covered by manufacture warranty. I purchased the extended warranty which is good for three years. I called restauro co and Had them scheduled to come out on the 14th of June. The tech called out so I was rescheduled for the following Friday June 21, ok no big deal people get sick. On June 20th with no notice or curtesy call I was rescheduled again for an additional 2 week. I called the customer service number and got Tony who told me he can see the reschedule but is unsure as to why I was reschedule. He then gave me the managers extension of 102 which I called numerous times for 3 days and all I got was a voicemail. I left a voicemail for the manager and sent numerous emails looking for an answer as to why I was rescheduled again. Here it is June 24th at 2pm and still have no answers. I’ve called Badcock and made them aware of the situation so they know how the company they are using treats their customers. I was not the one who rescheduled they cancelled not me so it should have been made a priority and not just pushed to the back burner.

one star because zero wasn't an option. purchased Guardsman warranty from havertys and was told Restauro would CALL me to set up an appt. They texted me an appt that I could not keep as I was out of town. I called and the person said that was the only appt that they had and someone would call me if something opened up. They were nasty and condescending on the phone.
Never called call me back. I called them and they actually would pick up and hang up on me. This happened almost 8 times in a row after my being on hold for quote some time. Had to call guardsman warranty again (who had no issues getting someone on the phone when THEY called Restauro) and was told Denise from Restauro would call me in a few minutes. Never called me.
Waited again and no luck getting new appt.
I called Guardsman warranty company again and they said they had had similar complaints from this company and would just cancel with them and reassign me to another service provider who IMMEDIATELY texted me offering several appointments to choose from. After looking at all the bad reviews for Restauro I am not surprised at the customer service I received.

I got this plan through Nebraska Furniture Mart who has since DROPPED THEM do to their terrible customer care; I was refunded my $300 fee by NFM. Prior to being refunded I tried to file a claim with Guardsman to fix a very small tear on my couch. This company took months to process my claim. Then after MONTHS of waiting, no updates and out of the blue they decided to make an appointment WITHOUT CONTACTING me and sent a text saying they were arriving the next morning. NO that is not how things work!!
I'm NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS HAD COMPLAINTS with Guardsman just look at the Better Business Bureau!!!

Horrible I mean HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
After 9 attempts and 3 months get a claim
resolved and appointment made to repair still no luck. I am pass livid with this one customer service agent. They hang up in your face when you’re trying to explain. They have NO communication skills what so ever, show no empathy or any concern when you are trying to get a service you paid for. They do not let you speak to lead/supervisor or manager. But one was suppose to contact me 3 weeks ago. I am not a happy camper, this is not the way a company should conduct business. I don’t recommend!

If zero stars was an option I would give them a zero. Warranty claim was sent over 10/19 & I was told I would hear about an appointment within 5 to 7 days. On November 1 I called, Sydney answer the phone. When I told her why I was calling without saying a word she apparently put me on hold. I called back, asked what happened there and she told me she did not need to say a word and can put callers on hold without speaking or letting the customer know what was happening bc she can she look up by the phone number! I would fire my employees if they did that!
Then she proceeded to tell me that they did not have to call me within any time frame bc it’s whenever a technician was available they would call. That is NOT what the warranty is for to just wait until they see fit. She won’t give a timeframe in the date given just that I will hear the day before - who can block off an entire day? I have it in writing that I should have heard from them in 5-7 days, never mind the multiple messages left in those two weeks trying to get an appt. I have never interacted with such a rude customer service agent. Sydney should not be allowed to speak to the public if she’s going to be so ignorant. Ge

Technician Daniel fixed our sofa on site within an hour of arriving. Two previous company's technicians looked and walked away without a clue how to address the issue. He had to replace the entire sleeve on the right arm of the sofa as there was a hole in the fabric when delivered. Looks better than new! I would highly recommend this company and will look forward to discussing this further with the furniture company that sold us the sofa so they continue to contract with Guardsman Furniture Pro in the future.

Outstanding service! Mike was here in a timely fashion, explained what was necessary to repair our sofa, and delivered repaired exactly when he said the repairs would be completed. We couldn’t he happier! Staff displayed excellent customer service. They were courteous, knowledgeable and pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend them and we would use them again without hesitation

The owner/manager of the Florida company Restauro Group failed to arrange to repair my Natuzzi couch and was extremely abusive to me on the phone. Guardsman needed to assign another vender because of his behavior. I do not recommend doing business with anyone who is so rude and unwilling to admit that he never followed through or left a message on my phone to schedule the repair. Stay clear. Guardsman has been excellent on the other hand.
