Always grateful for their professional service for walk ins. My schedule is often changing, so I sneak in when I can. With Lindsay or other stylist they always serve me with a smile, and act professional with positive attitude. It’s so appreciated!

The Manager Lindsy took wonderful care of me. She actually listened to how I wanted my hair cut and then actually did what I asked. She listened to my disappointment story of my last visit to this salon and acted on that with positive counter actions that ensured I was pleased with my haircut this time! Being a hairdresser myself it is challenging anyway to get a good haircut that is done the way I would cut it if I could cut my own hair, Lindsy rocked it and kicked that challenge out of the stadium! Thank You Lindsy!!

I absolutely love my hair cut and style!!! As I have gotten older, my hair has become really thin and breaks off. I wanted a short, manageable and cute style. Lindsey rocked it!! She understood what I wanted and made the idea a reality. This is the second time I have been to the salon in Wylie and Lindsey has transformed my hair. She never disappoints!!! Highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a total transformation or even just a touch up!! Not just 5 stars here…I give her all the stars!!

Lasheka was an absolute joy and knew exactly what I wanted. We were on the same wavelength the whole time. I think I talked to her more than I have any other stylist. The layers are super cute and my head feels less heavy! I'll definitely be back! 🙂

Lindsey is the Best hair Stylist, that I have had in many years! First time haircut visit was yesterday! I love my cut & so easy to style. Lindsey knew how to cut my hair even with all my difficult cow licks! I will be coming back for my next hair appt.! Thank you, Lindsey!

I appreciate how friendly the staff are and the great job they do with kids' haircuts. However, I would suggest that they keep a closer eye on customers and regularly check the computer for check-ins, or simply ask those waiting if they're there for a haircut. I had already checked in and was waiting when a staff member became available, but they went to the break room instead. It wasn't until another staff member came to the front that they realized I was waiting. If they can improve this, I would definitely recommend them to more people.

First time at this location purely by chance and I had a very disappointing experience. I was surprised that the stylist didn’t ask me what kind of cut I wanted for the back—like whether I preferred a round or square shape. They also didn’t show me the back of my hair with a mirror, which I found concerning. Once I got home, I was shocked to see how unevenly they had cut my hair, and it was significantly shorter than my natural neckline. There were also patches of longer hair behind my ears. Overall, it was not the quality I expected, and has left me rather frustrated.
